Great, very comfortable and clean

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in.

Nice place, spacious enough, and well-equipped. The only problem is that the bed slides easily.

Worth it with a relatively cheap price, comfortable for a staycation, clean environment, quite close to everywhere, spacious parking.

Lenora is always the first choice when you want to stay in Bandung. The location is quite strategic, the room size is spacious, the facilities are also very adequate. Worth every penny🥳

The hotel is really good for the price, the staff is friendly and the WhatsApp CS is active in replying even in the middle of the night, the security guards are also good.

Standard room but not cramped. Comfortable. There is a work desk with plugs. Just a shame the shower water is small. But the rest is ok.

Check in found a dirty mattress, when I asked for a change, it was dirty again, there was a woman's hair, the TV turned on by itself. The AC was hot. Had to stay for 3 nights, so I checked out. Couldn't sleep. But unfortunately no refund 🥲 oh well

The noise from the highway, corridor, and the next room is very clear to hear in the room, especially the AC is very noisy, buzzing very loudly! The shower water is very small, almost not coming out at all! The quality of the mattress and pillows is very poor! The cleanliness of the room is very poor, there are small insects in the room! The towels and sheets are already yellow, Booked the hotel with the aim of resting peacefully but instead couldn't sleep at all.

It's really recommended, it's very comfortable, but unfortunately when I came here, the cafe was being renovated... I was really satisfied with my staycation here. Don't forget to bring your partner or best friend to make it more exciting☺️
