Staying here was very pleasant, besides the hotel's high location, so in the morning and evening you can enjoy the beauty of Bogor City at night. In addition, there is a cozy rooftop cafe to relax. But maybe because there are many floors, elevator access could be increased. For the room overall, it was very good, clean towels (there are 2 face towels and 2 body towels), fragrant, although they are getting a bit old but still okay to use. The mattress is comfortable, and there are no dirt stains on the sheets. Maybe the room could be made more soundproof, because in the morning I woke up to the sound of children running and screaming in the morning hallway and pressing my doorbell (maybe it was just a little kid's prank). But overall, it was very comfortable staying here and definitely if I come back to Bogor, I will stay here again.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Bogor. New, big, clean, and the food is the best. Will come back again for sure.

It was a very interesting experience to stay overnight unplanned, and get a hotel in Bogor city that is very close to other city facilities, such as factory outlets, Bogor Botanical Gardens, and nearby culinary places.

The elevator takes forever. The bathroom is cramped and there's no divider. It seems like there's a government office event going on. Many of the guests have no etiquette, especially when waiting for the elevator. There's a lack of security staff to manage the situation.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay here. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and modern, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is strategic, but access to and from the hotel is a bit complicated. The lobby is located in the basement and is difficult to find. Furthermore, if you use an online car, you have to pay to enter. This makes it difficult for me, who doesn't have a private car, to stay here.

The location is quiet. Check-in and check-out are very fast. Parking is plentiful, but a bit difficult for large cars (Innova) due to the narrow and sharp turns. There are three elevators, but because the hotel is large and tall, sometimes there's a long queue to get in and out. The pool is located right next to the breakfast restaurant, so the restaurant floor can get a bit muddy from people coming and going. The staff are prompt in mopping, but guests should be careful. The rooms are okay and clean. They're standard size. There's a refrigerator, a safe, and adjustable air conditioning. We stayed in 1827, very close to the elevator. The view is also very nice. The breakfast variety is excellent, kids-friendly, and the homemade juices are a highlight. For the price, it's a great place for a family staycation.
