My stay at this hotel was quite comfortable. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the hotel was conveniently located. Breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, the stay was pleasant and well worth the price.

My second staycation here was absolutely satisfying. It's easy to get everywhere, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I'll be back again if I have the chance... hehehe

My second stay here, and it was still a pleasant experience. My only complaint is the overcrowded breakfast. Both times, I always got breakfast in the ballroom (breakfast starts at 7 AM). Otherwise, everything was great, especially the view from the room.

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were good and clean, and the gym and sauna were clean. The only downside, in my opinion, was that the staff wasn't firm enough in prohibiting smoking in the pool area, even though it was clearly prohibited, which made it uncomfortable. Honestly, I returned to this hotel because I saw the non-smoking pool area before, but this incident made me reconsider my next stay.

The rooms are clean and tidy, but a bit cramped. The service is good, and there are plenty of children's play areas on weekends and long holidays. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, as the food is delicious. The location is centrally located, avoiding traffic jams, and close to Botanica Square Mall. Enjoy Bogor while staying here. The service was good, and the room was clean. The only downside was the view, as the balcony was locked. You had to pay a deposit to unlock it. The swimming pool itself was lacking; it shouldn't be connected to the restaurant, and it seems like it should be specifically for those with children.

Friendly staff. Check-in was very quick. Parking for electric cars allows for charging, and spots are prioritized.

Should have chosen deluxe, sir. My husband made the wrong choice, no refund. But it turned out to be nice, clean even though it's standard and still has a view. What I liked was the hairdryer, but there was no phone to contact CS. I've WhatsApped but no response, so I really have to be independent. The service is good from security, reception, and housekeeping. When asked, they are responsive. The food is varied, but the taste is just standard hotel. But overall it's really good, I like the cleanliness from hallway to hallway. But the smell in the room could be like the lobby, very fragrant. Hehe, thank you Bigland, keep up the quality. Next time I'll choose deluxe, huhu.

Worth it for a 1 or 2 night staycation. The hotel needs to improve the elevator, because it takes time. Please open the rooftop in the morning; some people prefer morning vibes over evening. Thanks.

I've tried booking in advance and requesting a room, but it seems none of them are being fulfilled. It's a shame the room is too small, and the bathroom is also very cramped.
