What an experience! Got a welcome drink that can be claimed at the rooftop cafe, got coffee that can be claimed at checkout. Very recommended!

- staying here I just found out that the deposit is 350,000 and will only be returned 3x24 hours after checkout. - the staff is very rude. - the sink in my room was broken (106), clogged. - no smoking rooms.

1. Deposit is too expensive and then they turn it back after 3 days. 2. Smelly bathroom.

The place is cozy, strategic and clean, 9/10 for the hotel, but there was no greeting at all for the receptionist, it felt like coming to a cafe, but even in cafes there are usually greetings, the staff are not friendly, especially the security, it feels weird, out of all the hotels we've ever stayed in, this is the first time we've stayed in a hotel but had to pay for parking to the security 😅 overall it's okay

first of all it's really cozy. but the wifi is really slow and has errors like the attached picture. then there's no guide to call the receptionist at what number to call the room so it's like a joke with a prize :) other than that it's okay

The room is nice, in terms of color. Spacious space. Many lights so it can be optional for a night light. But for the bathroom, especially the shower, the water is not strong enough. The rest is fine though!

The welcome drink is delicious (real pineapple flavor, not syrup), I forgot what it's called, the rooftop is cool with a view of skyscrapers, cheap culinary because it's near Karet market...happy staycation🥰

The staff was very friendly, especially the one that works as receptionist on the morning shift. The location is great, but I think the accessibility and surrounding aren't good enough because it's on a narrow street.

Love the room design, so cozy and so Japanese. Unfortunately, I found the lamp in the bathroom was broken. I did not report it though, so I couldn't evaluate the hotel's response.
