Truly bad experience. So many rules and always with threat deposit won’t returned. Admin chat about how to pick up the key, suddenly deleted than added much later, after we pick up the key and at midnight, we have to take the picture in front of the assigned box. Mind you, who will remember the box number, after the chat deleted and this term was “reminded” to us when we already asleep. This is like they do it on purpose so they could take the deposit money. Also card key is not functioning, after much hassle. And we found cockroach in kitchen area, alive and dead. Free minibar they said, but only mineral water, coffeemix and some cheap tea bag. Even the facilities they given is not worth it with the hassle they giving us

Positive: the apartment & view are really nice, there are indoor & outdoor pool facilities, gym, sauna, cold air conditioning, and the distance between car parking lots is not narrow. Get a room close to the elevator (this seems to depend). Negative: - difficult access. When you arrive, the card is taken at the popbox, from the parking lot to the popbox is also very effortful because there is no access. If you want to enter from the basement/P floor, the parking lot must have access, the options are to hitchhike with residents who happen to be passing by or walk quite far to the lobby, you can go up/down which is not close, it's really complicated from the parking lot to enter the apartment. Parking on the P floor when checking out can't access the elevator to the P floor must have an access card while the access card must be placed in the room when checking out so you have to hitchhike with someone else.
