My stay at Lumi Hotel Gili Trawangan was absolutely amazing and truly deserving of a 5-star rating. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The hotel has a modern yet cozy design, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The swimming pool area was stunning and perfect for relaxing after exploring the island. The location is also ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to the main attractions, beach, and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, Lumi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gili Trawangan and would definitely stay here again. An unforgettable experience!

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities in the rooms and hotel were also quite complete, including free afternoon tea by the pool and bicycles for exploring the island at any time. 👍

I was very satisfied with my stay here. From the moment I set foot in the hotel until the moment I left, it was a truly memorable experience. This hotel is simply the best.

The security staff was unhelpful, when we arrived with our luggage, he just stood there instead of offering any assistance. The hotel also seems to prioritize foreigners over local guests, which felt very unwelcoming. The rooms are very small, barely enough space to wash comfortably. The food was overpriced and lacked flavor. On top of that, the waiting time for food orders was long, which made the dining experience frustrating. They have plenty of staff, but they don’t seem coordinated, and it shows in the overall service quality. With such a beautiful location, this hotel could do much better in terms of hospitality and service.

Hotel staff: Wow, it's very, very good. Fast response and very nice. Food taste: Nothing failed, everything was delicious. All spots are Instagrammable, lots of photo spots. The sunset spot is the best. Oh yeah, and most importantly, you get a free bike, afternoon tea, and snacks. I'm recommended everyone come to Gili Trawangan and stay here. We'll be back soon 😍😍

first arrived greeted by good security who quickly helped carry luggage, greeted by the receptionist with full friendliness and politeness, did not differentiate between local and international guests, bought food very satisfied with the taste and visuals, the tom yum was delicious, really liked it, the taste was not excessive, the combination of vegetables and seafood was enough, the welcome drink was delicious, the staff was very friendly to children, took the initiative to bring toys for toddlers 🌹 good cleanliness 👏 the private beach was close and neatly arranged, suitable for calming the mind. . thank you lumi hotel, in total for the price and facilities received it was very balanced, not disappointing, and certainly treated all guests with humanity,

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately it's a bit far from central Gili Trawangan, the bikes are old 😀 so it's all okay.

The room was not cleaned, a sign was put up to be cleaned but it was not cleaned until the evening.

Best hotel in my Lombok Trip. Service dan staffnya are great dan very helpful. Free bike to scroll around (they provide bike with baby seat! Very thoughtful). The food was great, but a lil bit expensive. The room was beautiful and unique. The pool was great, they even had a warm water pool. Sunset view from the pool was magnificent

It is our third time staying at Lumi Hotel. The hotel is laid back and the staff is very warm. Except we have to pay extra for quality machine-made coffee. The standard coffee that is served is quite horrible, and they put Nescafe instant coffee in the room. Also found an old used wash towel in the laundry basket which was left from the previous guest. Perhaps it explains why they don't give us a wash towel during our stay. I think this needs to be improved.

The hotel was amazing. Got an upgrade room for free. The food was superb and all the staff were friendly and nice!

Great experience to stay at Lumi. My room is so clean and tidy. I love the view in front of my room. Sunset point is amazing. Sunday market and fire dancer is awsome.
