Everything is clean, comfortable, and tidy. It lacks a Qibla direction sticker, requiring a compass to pray, but that's okay. Everything is good and the staff is friendly. There's a minimarket downstairs, which is convenient for shopping without any hassle.

The staff is friendly, the security guard is good, the room is comfortable, the AC is cold, overall it is recommended to stay here.

Stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days. Clean room, clean toilet, cold AC, smooth Wifi, and for this price it's really worth it. Strategic location, you can find breakfast around the inn and close to the zoo. Next time I go to Surabaya, I'll stay here again. 💙

The room is clean, there is a canteen downstairs so it is easier to buy necessities.

Nice room, clean, comfortable and the receptionist cashier staff are friendly.. really not disappointing.. but only 1 thing is the bathroom water is a bit smelly. but for the room + service is very good

Honest review April 15, 2025 When I first entered the room, I was greeted with an unpleasant smell, the room had dirty wall paint, and dirty bed sheets I entered with a feeling of tiredness but was greeted with a room that was beyond my expectations

Okay for backpackers who just need to rest. Only car parking is limited

the price is cheap but the place is very comfortable, clean, good air circulation, friendly staff, there is a mini market downstairs + sells rice so it's good if you need anything you don't have to go far. the location is on the side of the highway so if you order ojol you won't be confused. highly recommended👌🏻
