Lovely breakfast, decent selection

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, right in between Palermo Soho & Recoleta. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

The water went out while we were there. We couldn’t use the bathroom or take a shower. It was an awful experience.

Nothing was too hard very helpful staff throughout the property Lovely pool and relaxing area . Could improve gym equipment but sauna and steam rooms lovely

The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful and courteous. The location was amazing and the included breakfast was delicious! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable in the world, but the room was spotless and the amenities were top-notch. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
