Nice place to stay

Great hotel!

Nice propoerty overall. Only issue was partially eaten ice cream cup left in freezer

Location was central to most spots…very clean and well staffed… easy to relax here

Perfect spot across from the beach. Private walkway to beach with a beach bar. Super clean and decorated so nice with a beach vibe. Good breakfast buffet included

No luggage carts were available upon check-in and the front desk said we could wait for a cart with no time limit specified. This is a 4-floor large hotel with an one elevator location in the center where as an elevator is needed at each far end of the complex especially for the handicapped and seniors. Room is poorly designed with three doors opening within a 3 x 6 bathroom and a hanging ceiling light over a walking area at head height.

Great stay in a great location. The room was updated and comfortable with a handy kitchenette.

The bathroom needs a fan because it gets very steamy and humid. Additionally, we had a drainage issue in the tub that has not been resolved. I also wish there were a sofa in the room. On a positive note, the kitchen was a nice feature, and the room itself is spacious. However, the elevator needs cleaning, and overall cleaning in the area could be improved. The corners of the base walls specifically require dusting.
