Worst hotel management service!!!! The cashier and supervisor need to learn a thing or two about hospitality. I requested for a change of booking date but I did not accommodate my request insisting that they do not make the decisions. When I asked for a contact number of the authorized person to make the decisions, they wouldn’t give it to me.
