This is my umpteenth stay here. Comfortable and lots of groceries and food. I swear it's that comfortable

Comfortable, plan to come back again.

The AC is not cold, there are lots of cockroaches, and the deposit takes a long time to return.

Kamarnya bagus dengan pemandangan cantik, tapi sayang banget banyak kecoa sampai naik ke kasur, sofa, meja makan. Sayang banget dengan tempat sebagus itu. Terima kasih 🙏🏻.

The apartement condition is not very clean, lots of small roaches in the dining area, kitchen and restroom. Bed cover and blanket is dirty.

The admin's response was good, clean, tidy and comfortable, only the deposit was not returned, it took quite a long time.

I rented 3 nights in unit 31J, for suggestions for improvement to clean up insects (cockroaches) which were quite a lot and really uncomfortable, and to have LPG gas cylinders checked so that the contents were available so that they could be used, to keep the unit clean.

Apartemen nya bagus, kamar bersih. Hanya minusnya AC di living room nya gak dingin, jadi kami kepanasan, sudah lapor sama staff nya tp gak digubris sampai kami check out. Kompor juga gak bisa nyala karena gas nya abis, kami minta ganti gas saat check in pun tidak dilakukan. Dua hal ini yang membuat kecewa. Ada deposit 300rb, di refund H+3 (antri refund) no problem. Untuk fasilitas apartemen memuaskan.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the apartment facilities are okay, suitable for a week-long staycation.

The place is clean, comfortable and nice.

Actually for the facilities I am very satisfied, but related to the technical booking, where there is a deposit fee that must be transferred to the account of the 3rd party of 300 thousand. I actually don't mind the deposit because generally in inns there must be a deposit. And what can you do with these conditions, if you want to cancel through the application, it will definitely be forfeited or there will be a reduced cost. What I am very disappointed about, the deposit refund takes a maximum of 7 days from check out, which should generally be elsewhere when checking out, the deposit is returned immediately. I don't know what the reason for 7 days was just returned, I suspect my deposit was rotated to another, meaning that per day there is a loss for me as a consumer from the deposit that is being held. While the admin seems to ignore this which is considered trivial because I have checked out. The rest is related to the facilities, in my opinion, they are good and clean.
