The sheets and pillowcases looked like they'd been used by someone else, not replaced. They smelled of someone else's sweat, only slightly tidied and sprayed with freshener. There were a lot of hairs under the pillows.

Very near to Grand Batam Mall. Many restaurants. Room is comfortable and clean. I will recommend it to my friends who want to vacation or holiday in Batam.

The rooms are quite small without windows, but they are quite well-equipped, similar to hotels in Singapore or Japan. The location is excellent, opposite Grand Mal Batam and close (less than 100 meters) to the A2 food court and Batam City Square. Right next door (under the hotel) is the Astro food court and Circle K/Korner Cafe.
