The hotel does not exist, it should not be sold anymore.

Our booking was refused, on the grounds that it had not cooperated with Oyo, the room was already forced to stay overnight and pay again.

The location of the hotel is strategic, but the service does not match the message we ordered room facilities AC but there is a fan. Disappointed.

Room has no AC, which should have AC, public deception.

in fact no air condition, at second floor. This fact did not clearly stated in the reservation

Error from hotel staff. I ordered 2 rooms that have AC. Even came 1 share of my room given by someone else. I was replaced with a room that is not air conditioned. yes I do not want. waiting for how many hours finally get a replacement room

WiFi is not good, there is no warm water.

Very close to the airport, but the wifi didn't reach the room, only around the receptionist. lacks cleanliness, lots of insects.
