The location is great, close to the mall and not far from Senai Airport. The bedrooms are quite comfortable and clean, and the toilets are also clean. Unfortunately, during my stay, I could hear karaoke from the entertainment venue next door, making it quite difficult to sleep.

Zenz Hotel is a prime choice in the city center, near key attractions and transport. Its rooms are stylish, with comfy beds and modern amenities for a relaxing stay. Very affordable and comfortable just for a night and to rush for next day early flight. Within RM15 can get a cab to airport and quite fast to get. The bed was a bit high, need some strength to climb up, the mattress, pillow and blanket were fine but not too sure how often they were being cleaned, but they were fine and neat during my stay. The bathroom was clean and hope the hotel keep the cleanliness up until my next stay ;)

All is good, not that far from the airport, close to the mall, local restaurant, easy to find online taxi.

Room is clean and neat. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. There is a Mamak shop nearby selling Asian food and the price is affordable. Besides that, the IOI mall is just minutes away from the hotel.

The location is strategic, there are many places to eat, the check-in/out process is fast and easy.

I got a family suite at a very cheap price, the room is big, the space is very big to put the suitcase, the receptionist is also very nice, thank you for the hospitality. If I go to Johor, I will stay here again 🙏🏻

The location is okay, but at night. We often see street racing. It's a bit noisy.

The hotel is close to Johor airport and close to Johor Premium Outlets. There are many places to eat around.
