The hotel is dirty, the sheets are stained, the TV and AC remotes are oily. The bathroom is smelly and rusty, the floor is mossy, it's really uncomfortable 🥵

Dirty room floor, bathroom full of ants, badly damaged window, no mirror in the bathroom. Room facilities are very disappointing. Not worth the price with VIP facilities.

This is my first time staying at this hotel because I have a little business to do. This is a very strategic hotel, suitable for those of you who want to transit to Kendari because of work.

Friendly hotel staff, complete facilities

Everything is good, only the curtains are not clear, so when we wake up in the morning we are already dazzled by the sun.

For the staff, please be a little friendlier, the first time I came, the guys' faces were really scary. I had just entered and hadn't checked in to the desk and was asked about my high school, the guys said this and that, what were they doing, while their eyes were affecting me, and their voices were shouting at people. Everyone was scared. Just think about what else people would do if they weren't staying overnight. For the room facilities, I swear I felt really uncomfortable, there was still hair in the bathroom and the ceiling was really scary, there was mold, coincidentally the room was on the 3rd floor, so there was water in front of the door because the ceiling was leaking. In my room, there was also water right under the bed. As for the location, it's good, that's all. Thank you

Not as expected, climb to the 3rd floor using stairs. The door handle is loose. There are no window hinges. The edge of the bed is dusty. There are no sandals. But the service of the employees is friendly and I like it

Hotel dekat dengan jalan utama dan juga dekat dengan alun-alun, pelayanan cukup, tinggal ditingkatkan kualitasnya. Semoga berikutnya bisa kembali ke hotel ini.

Pelayanan sangat buruk, dateng jam 2 buat check in tapi kamar belum siap dengan alasan petugas cleaningnya masih istrahat. Dateng sejam kemudian lagi baru bisa check in taunya dapet kamar di lantai 3. Request di lantai 1 karena ada anak kecil tapi ditolak sama karyawannya katanya khusus pelanggan aplikasi semuanya di lantai 3 baik yang superior maupun yang VIP. Mana gak pake lift, parah! Naik tangga manual sambil angkut barang, mana ga dibantuin, tolong ya manejemen hotelnya lebih perhatikan kalo merekrut karyawan. Dimana standar pelayanannya!
