Firstly no one contact me before this , and I was surprised that I should be contacted earlier so to know which place I can get the key to check in . When I reached , just realized that it’s an apartment and when I called the ( two ) phone numbers ( many times ) shown in the receipt , no one pick up , and they only responded after I have WhatsApp and texted them . Respond is slow and even texted back instead of call , and I was the one to call back , isn’t that should be some sense of urgency? After one hour of call and text , finally I get back to the room . Surprisingly I’m staying with the cleaner who are foreigners , it’s not please as me and my kid felt insecure , but I have to say that they are ok and at least polite. The room is smelly, the towel just been used and still wet as shown in the picture uploaded, y so? I guessed they just simply gave me a room since they have “not preparing “ at all . Overall it’s not clean . And I have to pay RM35 on top of the payment which is not stated in app , reason from them is agent didn’t help them to collect ! So total I paid was like 150+35, with this price and experience , I would rather stay Swiss garden which cost around 210 on the same day ! And during check out , they told me the guard would just let me out by informing that I’m checking out , but it turns out to be the access card should be needed , and again some unpleasant experience again even checked out ! Overall I would not stay again anymore in this place that operate by Vale Pine Sdn Bhd ( except those rooms that operate by individual or other company ) , first time I have to write a very bad experience which is not my usual practice .
