Room cleanliness is always maintained.

Second time staying here, the hotel is comfortable, close to the city center, the room is clean, spacious for the three of us with small children, the bathroom is very spacious and clean. Will always stay here every time I go to Palu.

The room cleanliness is good. Unfortunately for breakfast, before 9 am it often runs out and is not refilled. Really very disappointing.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel are good, the hotel staff is not friendly and agile. Instead of greeting guests when they arrive, they are only busy chatting, without greeting or offering help carrying suitcases. The taste of the food at breakfast is very salty. Maybe the cook didn't taste the food before serving it.

Hotelnya bersih, air panasnya lancar, breakfast enak tp telat. Seharusnya bisa breakfast jam 7 tp jam 7 lewat belum siap. Gapapa sih, bagi saya tetap recommended.

The hotel is good, the new building is okay, but it's a shame that the service standard of the receptionists, both girls and boys, is bad.

The worst hotel and will not come back again, booked 2 rooms for a total of 10 days and even then because of work matters. This hotel does not have smoking rooms. Breakfast wasn't ready until around 8 am. Got a room that could be connected to another room but the door was broken and couldn't be locked. Bad bad and will never come here again.

The location is very strategic, close to minimarkets, places to eat or other places. The room is clean, there is no elevator because there are only 2 floors. There is no telephone to contact the receptionist, it is quite complete at this price. Breakfast is monotonous, fried/white rice, eggs, tofu/tempeh, fish/chicken, soup.

Really regret choosing this hotel! The hotel clerk is arrogant and not friendly at all! Stayed 4 nights, for 4 nights the room was never cleaned. Already asked to be cleaned but no officer came. And my husband was forced to take his own broom and broom. When I entered I was also told that breakfast starts from 3 in the morning (suhoor) until 9 in the morning, but at 6 o'clock I went down for breakfast the food had run out, there was only 1 piece of plain bread left, I already informed the receptionist but it was not at all their response was just playing on their cell phones without seeing me. Mineral water in the room was never given.

The hotel is clean, friendly service, good breakfast. Satisfied. Keep up the good work yah.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis. Letaknya di tengah kota sehingga mudah untuk diakses kemanapun. Sayangnya hotel ini dijalankan ala wisma. Saat saya di kamar, tetiba ada petugas hotel yang mau membuka kamar dengan kuncinya. Spreinya juga sudah tidak bersih dan ada lobang bekas rokok. Bagian bawah tempat tidur tidak pernah disapu atau dipel. Akan sangat baik jika reception dan tim house keeping dilatih dengan standard hotel sehingga pelayanan bisa lebih meningkat.

It's comfortable to stay here, just expensive for the size of the location, not on the side of a big road. The rooms are clean, the employees are friendly, the minus is that the breakfast menu runs out too quickly, at 8 am the food has run out a lot, not refilled.
