This property is just exquisite! The service, the food, the cleanliness, the hospitality. It’s one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. High recommend.

Unbelievable!! Beautiful quaint boutique. We usually stay at the Ritz but this is a much different experience.

The friendly service when you entered the property was so needed especially since for a well needed vacation. Food options was good Loved the fitness facility! Used it twice a day. Will certainly make our way back to Palm Heights.

This is a fantastic property with beautiful views, great food and drink, and the very best part of the experience is the service — unparalleled, amazing guest service that rivals anywhere in the world. Wonderful time for me, my mother and two daughters. We will be back!

Amazing and most unbelievable stay! Highly recommended.

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. My wife and I and another couple spent 5 days here. We didn’t know what to expect … what we experienced was like nothing we’ve experienced at other resorts. The attention to detail of our stay, the friendly staff through the resort, the fantastic food, the accommodations and the overall layout and look of the resort was fantastic. This is a must when traveling to Grand Cayman!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience for our first time in the Caymans. Every aspect of this hotel is a 5 star experience and the staff really take care of your every need. We also had a rental car and they took care of that with valet service free of charge. Amazing spa which we liked so much that we came back for massages twice. We will definitely be back and there is no other place that we would choose to stay while on Grand Cayman

The most sensational hotel I’ve ever been to. Ambiance and location were incredible! Loved how close the hotel was to the beach. Everything was so easily accessible. Staff was friendly and super knowledgeable. Tillies was the best restaurant on the island. Had the best time! I will definitely be going back ❤️

Palm Heights is cool and chic, yet comfortable and understated. One of the highlights is the beach. From the vibey set up, white sands, and incredible service - it is a sanctuary! The staff is amazing and make you feel at home. Concierge makes everything a breeze and possible. The staff is from all over the world, so it was fun to get to know them. Be sure to get to know George, Sunshine, and Grazia on the beach. You’ll be in great hands. Timothy, Giuseppe, and Shailend are so kind and helpful at Tillie’s. The gym was also incredible. The classes offered are top-notch and the facilities are elite. We can’t thank Palm Heights enough for an amazing week in paradise!

This was my 2nd stay here, service was not a good as it was back in 2019. It was still good, just not as good.

We have been a frequent visitor to Grand Cayman. We have stayed at the Kipton Seafire but decided to give The Palm Heights a try, OMG so glad we did! What makes this place so Incredible? Upon our arrival we are escorted to a beautiful room to check in where they offer you a cold towel and a hand massage! Rooms are not available until 4pm but no worries they provided us with a place to change, and off we were to the beach and they called us when our room was ready. The service on the beach and throughout the resort is exceptional! A big shout out to Grace at Coconut Club, as well as All the servers, they make your time on the beach exceptionally enjoyable, but none of it would be possible without the exemplary leadership from Deborah who goes above and beyond to make your time at The Palm the most memorable time ever! Please make The Palm your hotel choice you will not be disappointed! Already planning our next trip here! Can’t wait!

Took a quick getaway with my wife, and Palm Heights was the highlight of the trip. The staff was fun, friendly, and very attentive. The suites, pools, and lounges had amazing aesthetics and everything we needed. Even the Palm Heights premade drinks in the minibar were really good. The beach was clean, not crowded, and offered plenty of activities whenever we wanted it. The restaurants were fantastic and always available when we wanted a snack. Overall, the hotel had the perfect vibe for the getaway we had hoped for.

This is one of the best hotels and vacations we have ever had. The staff at Palm Heights are so warm and welcoming, the service is top notch. Wonderful food, charming and thoughtful design. Soo romantic, and just a gorgeous beach. So many special corners and details. Different events and amazing food. Just a perfect trip.
