I think the best part about the hotel stay was the staff! They were the absolute friendliest people I have ever met. I appreciated how accommodating they were to us as the customer!

Excellent hotel. Only negative is that they do not have microwaves in the room. That's a given for most hotels. Enjoyed my stay and the beds were so comfortable. Will come back.

Great value. Only thing missing was a microwave in the room. There is one in the lobby. Not sure if I got a free upgrade but there was a sitting room in my room that I did not expect, complete with a door separating it from the sleeping area. Complete with a second TV. Very nice!

Staff were welcoming, helpful, professional. My room was spacious and clean. I love having refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Too bad there was no microwave. The living room with the second TV was very appreciated. Thank you!

Great stay. The hotel is in a walkable distance to some attractions in city centre. Staff friendly and supportive. And the room is excepcional, spacious, confortable, with a living room, fridge, Coffee, plus.... Today they gave us a free complimentary breakfast. And the restaurant very recommrnded. Great food as well. Thnak you.

Unfortunately, upon arrival I was informed that the system was for maintenance, only to find out that there were no serviceable rooms and that this has been an on going issue for several hours.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Only giving 3 stars because we had to evacuate at 3am due to a fire in the laundry room.

It was an ok place to stay

Enclosed parking and plenty of spots. Room walls a bit thin and could hear ppl in halls and upstairs but nothing more than is to be expected in a hotel. Room was clean and staff was friendly!

By far my favorite stop in Anchorage
