Great stay and staff were awesome. TV didn’t work but we had a Roku with us and used that with no problems

Very comfortable room and bed and the breakfast was great.

Ok I get that this is a budget friendly option in a military town but honestly had we been staying more than a single night I would have asked for a refund and tried somewhere else. There was mold in the bathroom, the a/c unit was gross. The trash can had trash from the previous tenants still in it. The room we stayed in was right above the lobby and every time someone went in or out the door and let it slam it reverberated through the whole wall. The elevator smelled like burnt tires and the hallways smelled like musty unwashed body odor. I would not recommend unless this was your only option due to price.

Everything was satisfactory except: Our beds were very uncomfortable - valleys and hard ridges. Comforter was too small and stayed tangled along with sheets all night. Duvet cover was unpleasantly rough. Fan in bathroom did not work.

It was a family trip to visit our granddaughter. The hotel was excellent.

I stay at Tru... this specific Tru every year and it's my absolute most favorite hotel. It's always clean and the staff recognizes us! Wouldn't stay anywhere else if i had the chance!

Very clean, comfortable hotel…good amenities including indoor pool. Breakfast choices were a bit limited though, it was only 8:30 and out of a lot of things
