Everything was as usual really lovely. Unfortunately that Sunday happened to be the coldest and when l arrived the room was freezing cold. Staff tried their best to rectify the situation but to no avail. After an hour or more Lady Den brought me an extra quilt so l can use. The lady was a God sent she managed to get the temperature to at least 17 and it made a real difference. Overall l ended up with a good night in a warm place. Staff are so helpful at The Hamilton Arms.

Staff always warm welcoming and helpful. Shower is the best also this time l had a buffet breakfast basket.

Very comfortable room with great shower

It is always a pleasure to stay here. The suite has adequate space for a couple. Very clean well looked after with en suite shower room. Food available in the inn - excellent, delicious Thai. Can either eat in the bar or restaurant. We just had to stay a night and have a meal on our way home from a tour round England.

A bit of an issue with the booking and whether breakfast was included or not. Advertised as free continental breakfast for all rooms, only to be told on arrival it wasnt included. Used the Expedia agent on the app to query, with screenshots. Breakfast hamper came about 15 mins later. Other than that, all good. Would stay again.

This is a very beautiful place to stay if you’re around the area. Also l suggest you have your food in their restaurant it’s so yummy lovely and fresh. Staff excellent. I would recommend without hesitation.

The window locks were very loose so we couldn’t open them even though the room was very warm. There was a coffee mark on the windowsill, there were numerous small spiders present . The front door handle and lock were dodgy. It was a very quiet room at night. Bedding and towels were fine

What a lovely stay. Very clean, spacious accommodation with great parking and pub with food on site. The pub is very quiet - you wouldn’t even know it was there to be honest. Staff were lovely, food was great and perfect location for Goodwood as you drive in on a quieter road. Would definitely return.

A one night stay, before heading to Goodwood in the morning. A lovely quiet village with very friendly staff and locals. A quick friendly check-in, lovely spacious clean room with a great breakfast hamper. We had dinner in the Thai Restaurant which was my Son's first Thai meal and it was delicious and reasonably priced. We will be back and may well try some of the treatments next time.

Great stay - clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Beds were really comfy and the welcome basket was a great bonus. Definitely stay here again.

Very welcoming, rooms were of a nice size & beautifully clean. Breakfast was plenty and the fridge was stocked with milk, fruit juice & yogurt. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel

Very comfortable en-suite apartment built as an external block around the back of the Hamilton Arms. Comfortable bed, TV, WiFi, good closet space. We stayed 2 nights whilst attending a nearby family wedding. Excellent all round.

Rooms were great. Really impressed with set up. Easy to park. Owners accomodated our early check in requests (as we had a wedding locally). Very pleased with our stay

Very enjoyable stay at the Hamilton Arms. Only a couple of things I would recommend - Some fresh croissants instead of packaged and an air conditioner if it was a hot day/night (luckily it wasn’t).

I haven't given 5 stars for everything as I only used the room and not the pub which is connected. This was because they didn't serve meals on the Monday night I stayed. It would have been good to know about this when i made the booking as the food got excellent reviews and I was looking forward to getting in after a long drive and not have to move, instead I had to drive into the town to get something. The room itself though was exceptional, new modern, spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast box left for the morning was good, cereal, pastry, fresh milk, juice, fruit etc.
