Lovely stay!

Staff were very obliging to accommodate a very late check-in( during the early hours of the morning) due to car troubles along the way. Breakfast was excellent . Room lovely.

Only stayed for 1 night but was very impressed and will definitely be booking again. Breakfast at least 11 out of 10.

Very reasonable priced stay which included a hearty breakfast. Clean, well run hotel and will definitely stay again.

Just perfect! Beautiful room with lovely antique furniture and toasty warm. Lovely staff and service and great meal in the pub. Definitely recommend this place Also has a beautiful garden for summer

A very plesant overnight stay in this historic inn. Comfortable room in the stable block. Staff very friendly. Food great! Added bonus of being able to walk out to the coast path from the garden.

Nice Hotel in a convenient position, nice room, good service.

We used the Inn for an overnight stay after visiting RHS Rosemore. It was very easy to get to on the A39 and had excellent free parking. The host called us in advance to see if we needed a table for dinner and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The rooms were comfortable spacious and spotlessly clean. It is an old inn and some of the furnishings are a bit worn but seemed to be part of the ambience. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and served in a friendly but efficient way. I would happily recommend to anyone not seeking a modern clinical hotel.

This was a quick overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the service was more than adequate. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent all round.

I thought this Inn gave us precisely what we wanted. We stayed two nights in February. What a superb, fascinating place. Nice, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Easy car parking. Well done! Thankyou!

Had such a lovely time at the Hoops. All the staff were really friendly, we had an upgrade to our room which was really comfortable. Enjoyed eating and drinking in the bar, great choice of drinks and delicious food. Breakfast was outstanding, really good quality food. Will visit again. Thank you to the Hoops for transferring our booking due to the weather, we really enjoyed our stay with you.

Clean well equipped room and very friendly staff. Dining menu was excellent and our fur baby was well looked after

Building has nice character, friendly stafff and comfortable rooms. Very nice food.

Great place and food was excellent

We were made to feel very welcome. My husband of 53 years and I had our first candlelit dinner in years in a window alcove. Our needs were unobtrusively met. Will stay again
