I was satisfied with the room. It was private, cozy, had 2 pools, and the breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and varied for a 4-star hotel (both Western and local). Nice 🤩🤩🤩👍🏻👍🏻 My only regret was that when I checked out, I brought a fairly heavy travel bag and a carry-on bag, and I was going up stairs/uphill. The hotel staff in the lobby were unhelpful, just staring at me. 🥺

I'm not hoping much when I booked the hotel. Nicely surprised that it exceeded my expectations. They have TWO pools, nicely equipped gym (serious free weights range), nice balcony. And they provide friendly travel services as well. I'd rebook the hotel if I ever found myself in Kuta Mandalika area again.

Our comfort was disturbed by the blackout of clean water access to the bathroom when the Maghrib call to prayer was approaching, so we could not take a shower and perform ablution. The Engineering officer came after we called the front office 3 times. After the repair, the water that came out was dirty and cloudy so we were still uncomfortable and had to wait until the Isha call to prayer for the clean water to flow again. Clean water was finally available again, I thanked the officer. What was unexpected was that there was a voice that said we were hotel customers who were curt via Handi Talkie (HT) brought by the Engineering officer. I did not expect the way the Hotel officer treated his guests who really needed clean water afterwards.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 of which had AC not cold at all. The sheets were not clean, like there was a lot of sand on the bed, even on the 2nd day after being cleaned by room service, there was no difference, it still felt sandy. The staff was friendly, could check in faster, maybe when I stayed there were many empty rooms. Strategic location, not far from the airport. There are many restaurants around but most of the menus are for foreigners, it's hard to find local food, because in Kuta the majority of tourists are foreigners not local tourists, luckily I booked a room with breakfast.

4th time at Sima Hotel. If you go to Kuta Lombok for a holiday or weekend, this is where you should stay.

Stayed here for the 3rd time. Each time I stayed, the room was consistently clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous. The location is fantastic—walking distance to the beach and close to all the good places to eat.

Untuk yang lebih suka ke cafe, hotel ini lokasinya cukup strategis, di kiri kanan dan seberang jalan hotel, banyak sekali pilihan restoran dan cafe. Kalau untuk jalan ke pantainya memang agak jauh sih. Untuk pelayanan dan kebersihan hotel juga oke. Rekomendedlah.
