The hotel is very bad, dirty and scary

The room is not good, the door is hard to open, dirty and scary.

Everything is great especially in terms of service and facilities, but what needs to be fixed a little and just an additional suggestion, for TV broadcasts please increase so that it is more satisfying to watch in the room. Thank you....

TV in the room is not working, customer complained but was told to go back and forth 3 times to the receptionist and in the end it was not resolved. The service is very unfriendly, the staff was busy playing games when the customer complained

Kamar kotor ada bekas pengaman pria tamu di suruh bersihin sendiri, bau, ac panas petugas tidak profesional. Sy pesan 2 malam 3 kamar tapi langsung check out ganti hotel.

The staff is really rude. The room is also big. The breakfast is also a bit different. They give you dencis fish with chili sauce for breakfast. There are no other choices. Not worth it for that price.

Stafnya kurang bagus dalam melayani cust, lant 3 kamar sempit dan pengap, tangga terlalu curam, pelayanan untuk sarapan tidak memuaskan.

Tempat tidurnya rusak dong. Kelelep tidur disitu. Ampun ampun. Dapat handuk bekas orang lagi. Ruangan sudah oke, luas. Tapi ampun lah tempat tidurnya. Tolong di ganti dong.

Lokasinya bagus, strategis. Tapi sayang kualitas kamarnya gak bagus. Tempat tidur sudah tipis, selimutnya dari handuk, bantalnya juga tipis. Tidak ada disediakan handuk. AC kotor dan gak dingin, sepertinya tidak pernah di service.

Jika pesan melalui aplikasi Rp. 204.000. Jika pesan langsung di hotel Rp. 170.000 dengan kamar yang sama.

The bathroom is broken. Smelly bed sheets. The employees are not professional, the security we talk to is rude, while playing games. Complimentary drinking water using plastic kettles, not bottled water. Up the steep stairs 3 floors. Not really, really.
