The hotel staff was friendly, check-in and checkout were easy, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, compact but well-equipped, the TV in the room was also a smart TV, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the cleaning service was very fast. I was very happy with my first experience staying here. I highly recommend this hotel 👍🏻💯

very kind staff, very helpfull i really like the ambience of the hotel there is a mini market right beside the hotel when i need to buy some stuff. there is some kind of food square across the street. the room is pretty small for 3 people. we went there only with 1 big suitcase and a small one but we cant let all of my suitcases open on the floor or we cant move around freely but overall, i like to stay here!

The hotel is clean and the really cool thing is the toilet is very clean and that is a very important point. The food court is very easy to reach and close to everywhere. The room reservation does not include breakfast

The hotel is small, the lobby is also narrow on the 2nd floor. The room is also narrow, I got a bedroom with no ventilation/windows. The cleanliness of the room is just so-so. When I first entered the hotel, there was an unpleasant feeling, so I couldn't sleep until I finally decided to move hotels after just a few hours of checking in. Then we were required to put a deposit, there were too many rules that were not allowed, the room was noisy too.

New building, the bathroom is clean but unfortunately the exhaust doesn't seem to work. Then the room is very dusty.

I would obviously go back this hotel again whenever I visit Georgetown in the future. I love how suitable it is for solo traveler. The bathroom is so spacious and clean + the hot water works properly. Really worth the money!

The wifi is always invalid. The TV keeps searching for a signal.

Suara kendaraan sangat terdengar keras saat dikamar. Jadi berisik sekali kalau ada kendaraan lewat.

Good hotel for quick transit, the single room somehow really comfortable even the bathroom comes as normal size. Not as I expected to be a small bathroom 😂💕. Check in was hassle free, but you can only pay in cash or you will be charged for using CC.

Kebersihan hotel 10/10. Memang kamarnya sempit tapi nyaman karena bagi saya kebersihan no1. Stafnya ramah. Ada liftnya. Ada cafe juga di dalam hotel. Didepan hotel ada Padang brown tempat kuliner malam yang rame didatangi warga lokal dan makanan y dijual halal semua. Kecuali pagi ada makanan non halal. Saya recommend hotel ini buat y mau berpergian ke Penang. Terutama y mau berobat ke penang. Hotel nya dekat ke rumah sakit-sakit ternama di Penang. Available for disable 👍.

The room no sunlight, and the floor no mop (tiles) even the toilet shower area also no clean. Even though have window but its corridor area, no privacy if open it. So the air not flowing.

Facilities clean & nice. Parking is quite difficult. Otherwise all good.

The hotel is clean, the staff is fast and kind, around the hotel there are lots of places to eat and it's close to everywhere.
