Stayed here a week while visiting the Destin area. Great service. Clean. Friendly. Breakfast options were plentiful. Well maintained property. Room set up was great for a family. Would stay again. Great area.

Very clean rooms and EXCELLENT customer service!

I really enjoyed everything about my stay! The breakfast was great and convenient with many options, the room was comfortable and the location really was great for accessing multiple things for my trip.

I had booked a room last minute for an overnight stay so i can catch an early morning flighr. The receptionist was friendly and my room was clean. I would definitely be a returning customer.

They were hair all in the bathtub and on the towels and smelt bad in the room

Cleaning crew, didn’t clean good, nor moped restroom or cleaned toilet.

I wasn’t able to stay here because Expedia didn’t book the stay. I got to the hotel and they had no record of me booking the stay it was very disappointing and inconvenient. I never want to use Expedia again to book anything

The breakfast was amazing!

The pack and play was very dirty and smelled really bad.

This is very convenient, good parking - right next to Black Rifle Coffee and Peppers Mexican food restaurant (awesome by the way!) I just really enjoyed this stay here. We got extra towels on request. We don't like housekeeping during a stay, so they made it easy to clean and dispose of trash. It was clean, slept good, plenty of room, easy to get in and out of. I needed both the business center and the fitness center and they had both. The fitness center was very well stocked and the business center computer was slow - but I was so glad it was there!

Nice quiet hotel; comfortable rooms and beds; great stay for the price; only thing I didn't like was I had a 4 night stay and housekeeping never came to clean room, take or trash or bring fresh clean towels

This location is great because of it being in between Fort Walton Beach and Destin both approximately 20 minutes away respectively. The rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is 2 minute walk from 2 of the best places to obtain coffee, The Coffee Shoppe and on the same side of the street is the Veteran owned Black Rifle Coffee Company. I can’t say enough great things about this Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Kudos to the entire staff. Very nice operation. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the natives of Niceville for allowing others to experience your town’s charm.
