I booked 2 nights, asked the receptionist to clean the room and change the sheets and pillows... When I came back in the afternoon, the room and sheets were still the same.... :(

The service is quite good, the room is beautiful, the reception is enthusiastic. However, the sound still comes in a little bit.

An experience couldn't be worse: 1. Room does not have a refrigerator 2. The wardrobe is dusty and smelly 3. Can't see how to turn on the TV if you ask the staff for help.
