The environment is very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful Just that one of the day, the tourist who stay there (one of the room) still playing in swimming pool on midnight abt 1am+, and the sound was very loud, can hear very clear from.2nd floor. Wondering why the PIC there.nvr stop them shouting on midnight....

If you want to see the sunrise, this hotel is perfect, the view is beautiful because it is very close to the beach, the room is clean but there are a few mosquitoes, just ask for mosquito repellant to make them disappear. for so-so food and it happened that when I got there, many people ran out of the menu. overall ok🤘

Pertama kali menginap di sini atas rekomen tour guide langganan saya dan ternyata hotelnya tidak mengecewakan, lokasi hotel strategis pas pinggir jalan, tidak jauh dari pelabuhan, sebelah hotel ada restauran. Pelayanan baik & ramah. Fasilitas kamar lengkap ada minibar beserta isi, brankas, hair dryer. Sprei & handuk bersih. Air kencang & ada air panasnya. View kamar yang saya inap juara langsung hadap laut. Rekomen banget untuk menginap di sini 👍

Really like the facilities and friendliness of the staff, clean and luxurious rooms, really good breakfast and strategic location close to the dining center and the port, highly recommended. We check-in early and can be received great.

Recommended, very good, lent snorkling equipment, can snorkel in front of the hotel lots of small fish, picked up and delivered to the port and the tour is really good, breakfast is champion, pancakes the best, 4 thumbs up for the sunrise cottage.

At first we just gave up because we couldn't cross because of the Galungan holiday at that time. But after that we contacted the manager but we got a policy, so we could still stay here. All the staff are super okay, friendly and very satisfying. thanks.

I usually scrutinize cleanliness of rooms and this cottage was very clean and pleasant smelling on walk in! Breakfast is included every morning. Location was not bad, plenty of cafes down the street if not 5 mins drive. Secret Penida was just beside our resort! Staff were very friendly and helpful :)
