Really nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff

Everything was excellent: clean, friendly, quiet, and cool. I checked out on a Sunday, which was car-free day. Thankfully, hotel guests were given priority access to their vehicles, with special escorts from the hotel, in collaboration with the local government. It was simply the best.

I couldn't believe there was a 4-star hotel in Cianjur. Previously, whenever I was on assignment in this city, I'd stayed at hotels around Puncak and Cipanas. Of course, I was delighted to find the Gino Feruci Hotel, even though I'd been completely unaware of it. I frowned when I read the unique, Italian-sounding name "Feruci." I then smiled to myself when I saw the Javanese name "Gino" before it. That uniqueness was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, along with its comfort, delicious food, and cleanliness.

The rooms are okay, the service is okay, and the food is okay. There's a playground, so it's perfect for bringing kids. The location is close to downtown Cianjur and also close to culinary spots.

Comfortable place, delicious food, clean room, comfortable bed to sleep on.

good experienced staying at Gino Feruci Cianjur, there are some criticisms: 1. the water knob in room 225 cannot close the shower when switched to the tap 2. the friendliness of the staff should be improved 3. amenities in the room, especially for prayer can be added, because only 1 set is provided, while 2 people are staying in the room, so 2 sets are needed.
