The staff is very friendly and polite. The admin is also responsive. It's definitely worth it for the price of around 100,000 Rupiah.

Clean bathroom, clean bedroom, easy access to ATMs and markets. When I first arrived, I thought it was an adult-only hostel, but many of the rooms are family-friendly and safe for children. If you're just for a short transit, it's fine, the price is right, the location is close to Pasar Turi Station so it's perfect for a short transit.

There's no doubt I've stayed here many times. Every time I have an event in Surabaya, I always stay here, whether alone or with family. The only downside is that if you have a lot of luggage, it's difficult to climb the stairs, especially if you get a room on the third floor.

Overall, this hotel is very good in all aspects, clean and well-maintained rooms, no smoking in the hotel environment so the air is very fresh, communicative employees and very good service and quick response, the owner is very friendly and likes to share experiences, access to strategic places is very close and only walking distance, culinary in front of the hotel that is on standby until late at night, a calm, comfortable hotel atmosphere and the most impressive with a minimal budget in the room there is a mirror, tissue, trash can, clean and large enough towels ... cool AC and a large enough TV ... plus welcome drinks available 24 hours for guests and a dispenser for refilling mineral water ... very satisfied staying 2 nights here, originally wanted to book 3 nights but it was full ... basically if I go to Sby I will definitely stay here again ... 👍 Greetings from Makassar City Traveller
