Check in as usual to stay like yesterday, it is usual here but today I was disappointed with the receptionist service even though I had requested the 1st floor was not allowed even though I was usually on the 1st floor.The receptionist did not give reasons why it was not allowed in fact I immediately checked it was still empty and still I have to go to the 3rd floor, actually it doesn't matter to the 3rd floor, but I brought a lot of stuff and I already requested it, especially the lower room is still a lot empty, and the ending is just a refund. The receptionist is very unprofessional and I have given up staying here if it's like that.
