Best value but with a note, the room is a bit dim, the AC is hot and the towels are dirty and rusty.

Spacious parking, quite comfortable rooms, location in the center of Sumenep city.

Great time to spend, though I can't get a smoking room as requested.

Not bad..if I go to Sumenep again, God willing, I will stay here again... hotel is close to the grand mosque of Sumenep..just walk and you will arrive

Booked 2 rooms, thank God there was a connected room... first entered the lobby, cool and fragrant. The elevator worked normally, the room's AC was cold, only in room 303 the bathroom couldn't be locked...

The AC is not cold and the TV won't turn on.

Location in the city center, lots of places to eat, good service, friendly receptionist

The hotel is quite nice and near city so great access. The downside is the cleanlines. The pool is quite dirty, there are leaves and some ant floating in the water. I stay for 6 nights here, the staff always ask whether we want our room to be cleaned or not, so its quite good.

Kami menginap selama 3 hari 2 malam. Proses check in menunggu sekitar 20 menitan karena memang sedang peak season. Kamar termasuk rapi dan bersih. Hanya saja kebersihan sprei perlu diperhatikan, dan seharusnya setiap tamu mendapat sprei dan sarung bantal baru. Kamar mandi bersih, handuk ada yg bersih, ada yg berwarna kecoklatan, tapi saat minta diganti, diganti dg yg bersih. Makanan saat sarapan cukup enak.

Hotel nya bagus terawat untuk di daerah Sampang, strategis di tengah kota.

Receptionisnya baik, ramah, hotelnya gelap, waktu nya perawatan, lantai ada beberapa yang berlubang, hotel kurang bersih, sarapan lumayan lah.

Bisa lebih baik lagi untuk ke depannya.

Manajemen yang sangat tidak bertanggung jawab atas pelayanan kepada tamu. Tidak perlu mengadakan acara di malam hari jika tidak bisa menyediakan kapasitas tempat parkir yang memadai. Kami memutuskan tidak melanjutkan menginap karena tidak diberikan tempat parkir dan manajemen hanya berkata berulang kali tidak tahu atas kendala yang terjadi. Kualitas perawatan kamar sangat buruk bisa dilihat kondisi barang-barang di kamar yang tidak terawat. Selimut di hari pertama ada noda lipstik dan sobek, TV tidak bisa ditonton. Makanan terlalu asin semua.
