As our request was a high floor, we were put on the 1st floor. The hotel is not new, but could be better in service and cleanliness of the overall hotel. Not only was the room not as clean as expected, but the attitude of the staff was also indifferent and did not show good hospitality toward visitors. As the location is good, unfortunately, it is not supported with good service and cleanliness.
