I have often stayed at the Batavia Hotel. However, one experience I disliked was the lack of variety in the menu, the same menu. Especially for the fried patin fish in flour, it gave off a fishy taste because patin fish has a fishy smell. It would be even better and tastier if the patin fish was replaced with dory fish. The room is not too spacious but it is noisy from the upper floor, like there is a shift in the bed or chair and it happens repeatedly so the children are always shocked, especially at night, because in the middle of the night it is uncomfortable.

The room and bed are clean and the bed is quite spacious. The bathroom is clean but needs to add a grab bar on the toilet for the elderly to make it easier to stand.

Pada saat check out dikenakan biaya tambahan karena sprei terkena minyak ke*s-ke*s. Alasannya noda minyak tersebut tidak dapat hilang kalau dicuci. Padahal selama saya menginap di hotel-hotel lain tidak pernah ada masalah dengan noda minyak ke*s2. Saya sangat kecewa dengan petugas laundrynya. Cara penyampaiannya kasar!
