The pool is clean and big, the Wi-Fi is great, the kitchen utensils are complete, we can cook here, it was a fun vacation. If I go to Batu, I will stay at this villa again.

The fan in the first room is dangerous because it doesn't have a front cover. 8. Many bedroom doors are installed poorly, making a loud sound when opened or closed. 9. The refrigerator in the kitchen needs to be replaced or covered because it has a lot of scratches. 10. Lack of complete kitchen equipment. 11. TV remote which sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. 12. Almost all the wall clocks are off. 13. Even though the villa is not a new building, maybe if it was arranged neatly, it would look better. Sorry if we have highlighted a lot so that in the future the owner can improve, so that tenants can feel more at home

Cocok! Luas bangunan dan fasilitas nyaman untuk mini family gathering, bisa repeat booked nih.

Besar dan ada 5 kamar, tapi kalau dirawat bisa lebih nyaman lagi. Karena banyak spot yang masih kotor dan ga terawat. Coba direnovasi sedikit biar bisa lebih bagus lagi. Air hangat juga kadang bermasalah. Tapi lumayan sebenarnya lokasi dan rumah yang besar.

Lokasi dekat dengan JTP 3. Ada 5 kamar, jadi muat yang bawa keluarga besar. Namun rumah lama, beberapa perlu diperbaiki seperti shower kamar mandi dekat pool yang sudah pecah, rembesan air hujan dari plafon di atas tangga yang kalo orang tidak hati-hati bisa terpleset & anak tangga ke atas lumayan curam & corong keran dispenser air minum yang seharusnya bisa lebih bersih. As info, sebenernya tertarik karena reviewnya bagus, namun setelah paid booking & tidak sengaja cek, ternyata orang-orang yang memberi review hanya berkutat pada review properti grup yang sama.

Kolam renangnya besar, bersih, water heater lancar, parkir luas, wifi, ada karaoke. Nyaman sekali, vilanya luas cocok buat rombongan. Top pokoknya.
