The staff was friendly, and easy to check in. The room was also very spacious, it's near the city but must use Grab/taxi to travel.

Affordable price, not too far from JB, but because there is construction around, the road is a bit roundabout, the rooms are spacious, but because it is an old hotel, the facilities and infrastructure still look old, but it is still clean, the lift seems to need to be replaced

Room is great and clean however the mrt project is in front if the hotel main entrance so if want to walk to jb komtar from hotel need to detour slightly abit

Strategic location close to malls and bus terminals

The hotel is close to the mall and bus terminal, making it easy to get anywhere.

The staff is very friendly, but the atmosphere is not comfortable because the LRT is under construction, the hotel is quite old and dusty

Riding the elevator makes me scared, it feels like the elevator has been going on for a long time

Great for early free parking from 9 AM for my day trip to Singapore.

The AC in the room is noisy, because the central one can't be turned off, we can't sleep😴

Old but very good hotel in city center. Rooms are large and comfortable. There is everything you need for a long stay, I recommend.

AC not on for 2 days. Very bad service. Room not clean.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, which is only a short distance from jb sentral station. It is apparently an old hotel judged by its design and architecture. I stayed on 21st floor, the room is clean and spacious, with large window and beautiful city view.

Old hotel, inside Johor Tower, if you walk to JB Sentral or Komtar it's quite close, around 5-10 minutes, for a clean hotel (but the name of the old hotel is of course the furniture and conditions are not as good as the new hotel) friendly service, can leave goods, tools showers and towels are provided, there are connecting rooms and the rooms are quite spacious and there are carpets, the price is cheap, but the construction of the RTS to Singapore is a bit noisy, in front there is also a food stall at affordable prices around 10 RM with 1 side dish and vegetables (buffet /take it yourself), passport is left behind and kept by the staff, oh yes, there is a deposit of 50 RM and tax of 10 RM (standard policy throughout Malaysia).

Frontdesk staff was very friendly. Ample free parking. However there were a lot of dust under my bed. I stayed in level 8 room. Hope that housekeeping team can vacuum the carpet under the bed also. Other than that, a good place to stay as they provide mini fridge in the room

Strategic hotel close to Central Jb.

The hotel is strategically good close to central JB. Suitable for those in transit but there seems to be a musty smell. What about the floor carpet? And the room interiors are still old or classic in concept. Like all the beds too and so on.
