Room was beautiful so was the bathroom but the water in the tub was hardly pouring out for us. This could’ve just been an “our room” problem. But everything else was spectacular.

Excellent service and location!

The food is amazing. The entire staff is extremely professional, especially everyone in the restaurant. The hotel has a very unique design. The hallways and various sitting areas throughout the hotel look very homely (in a good way). From the pool area, to the huge bar lounge, etc, there are many soft chairs and couches to relax. The 1st room we stayer in very outdated and needs renovations. However, the next day we were put in a different room and it was much nicer. The beds are large and comfortable. The TVs do not have Apps on them, so no Netflix, etc and not able to screen share from your phone. So, when making a booking here, I would suggest that you call and specifically request for the most updated room, with a closed or partially closed shower. Unless you dont mind the bath tub that you can also stand in to shower, but no door. Overall, I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff

Over all not what I expected and was given a different room then I paid for and the room was online at a cheaper price then I paid for and got no ro

I was relocated to Sovereign because my Expedia booking with Acacia was cancelled the day before arrival due to overbooking. I thought Sovereign would be a similar alternative but it was not. Only 2/5 days internet worked in my room with no effort to fix it. Showers did not have shampoo/soap in the dispensers. In one of the dinners, the rice served had clearly been left out for too long and was rancid. And I knew this before but I think hotels should have a basic gym.I don’t think I am returning.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has very nice, helpful staff and a great character. We only wish the pool wasn't under repair as that was a key reason we chose this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The internal architecture was interesting. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were quite flexible when we needed to change our plans.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and attentive. The only downside was that the pool was being repaired so we couldn’t swim. Will stay there again though.

Highly recommend!!!! Staff were excellent and so clean. Breakfast was so good. We were a group of 7 and they were so good to us. Everyone spoke excellent English. We definitely Will be back again.

Wish it had elevators, though

I stayed at the property for one week. The rooms were spacious but dated. Some fixtures need to be replaced (stained carpets, mosquito netting, shower curtains). Appeared to be mold on bathroom ceiling, and dead insect in bathroom on check-in. However, staff extremely friendly and restaurant was very good, although expensive by local standards. Wifi was sometimes inconsistent. Overall, I rate stay as average.
