Central location, convenient to travel to destinations, close to the beach and tourist attractions

The apartment is very ok, near the center, convenient for dining, shopping and swimming. However, the downside is that the elevator is slow, each floor card can only go to that floor, very inconvenient for a family to rent 3 rooms but divided into 2 different floors. When booking several rooms / time, you should inform the receptionist to arrange rooms on the same floor. There is no parking space, parking fee is 90k / day. In short, it is acceptable.

The hotel has a view right in front of the sea and the square. From here, you can go to the beach to watch the sunrise super fast, just watching the sunrise from the room is beautiful enough.

Nice place to stay, high season so quite crowded

The apartment inside the toilet and bedroom are clean, the service supports extra blankets and pillows and answers questions quickly. However, my room's balcony view to the city is not direct but attached to the backyard of the apartment building, the hygiene is a bit poor, there is trash I asked to clean it up immediately but the yard still looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time and is very dirty, so I really hope the hotel will clean it or spread gravel and add trees to make the view more beautiful.

The lobby is always crowded but only opens small doors which is inconvenient. The elevator is always stuck and sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes for an elevator. The apartment picture is of the hotel room but in reality the room is not as good as the picture.

Great, convenient location, central to all entertainment venues

The hotel is right in the center of Nha Trang, 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is a studio apartment and is for rent. The elevator is always crowded and very miserable, when traveling for a vacation, every time I think about the scene of going out and crammed into the elevator, it is really scary. Besides the beautiful location, I can't praise anything else. The white towels look old and faded, very disgusting, the bed has a broken mattress in the middle of the bed, lying on it makes my back hurt. I really have a lot of criticism even though the receptionist is very gentle and enthusiastic. But the room and bad facilities are still bad.

The room is clean. Check-in/out takes a while because there are quite a lot of guests. A bit inconvenient because you have to use the room card to take the elevator.

Room for 4 people. Checked in with 1 double bed and 1 small single bed - cramped and uncomfortable. Lost items in the room did not solve the problem.
