You can walk everywhere near the date.. next time I go there, I can stay there again.. the only thing missing is the small elevator.. the rest is okay.

I've entered the number of guests and they arrived as stated: 4 adults, 1 child aged 10, and 1 infant under 1. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged 1,000 baht in cash because the 10-year-old was supposed to be an adult. They said children were supposed to be under 7. On top of that, the hotel was dirty, didn't match the photos, was cramped, and the staff was unfriendly!

The hotel staff was very helpful. They provided a water dispenser in the lobby, markers, string, and tape.

For clean rooms, the elevator is very small, a 10 year old child is considered an adult, I booked to put my child in but the hotel charged me another 2000 baht for 4 nights, the staff is just ordinary, there is a dispenser in the lobby for free water, Kpratunam is not too close either..

Initially skeptical of the reviews, we were satisfied with the room we booked, a junior family suite room 32 for six guests. The room was spacious, clean, and had a separate bathroom and toilet, so there were no queues. The only downside was the small elevator, but otherwise, it was fine.

Check-in and check-out were very fast

The room is beautiful plus it is close to shopping places and it is very easy to go anywhere

Found cockroach in the room, lot of ants when u leave your food on the table, smell of drain all over the hotel right from the lobby to your room.

From the entrance lobby to the room, there was a smell like an unclean and unhealthy toilet. The room was very damp, which isn't good for health. How could it get good reviews when the reality is so disappointing?

What a gem of a place! The accommodation was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a charming atmosphere. The price was incredibly fair for the quality offered. I'm thoroughly satisfied and would love to return. Great job!

Overall very nice! The hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. All are young & can speak English. Questions & services can be via the whatsapp number provided in the lobby during check-in, the response is fast & informative. When we arrived it was not yet time for check-in, but we were able to leave our suitcases & belongings in the lobby, so we could walk around until the evening, the suitcases remained neat & safe. The room is in accordance with the photos & descriptions listed in the booking details. Clean, spacious & very comfortable. There is a very cozy rooftop, you can gather while relaxing, bring your own food & drinks". The night view from the rooftop is very pleasant, the lights of the high-rise buildings around Pratunam. The location is very close to Pratunam Market & Platinum Fashion Mall, just walking distance. Near 711 to buy daily necessities, ready-to-eat food, & of course snacks plus drinks. And also surrounded by proper massage places & open until night for those who want to lighten their feet after a day of walking around Bangkok. Thank you!

The hotel lobby smells like toilet. It's very disturbing.

Very recommended hotel because of the location. The room was spacious and clean! But the lift is so small and slow. Would share this to all of my friends and family.

All staffs can speak English and they kept my stuff.
