The staff are very friendly and lovely. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. It's hard for elderly people to walk up to the second floor.

The hotel is a bit shabby. The family suite is very spacious though, with two windows and a high ceiling and a nice view. The small room downstairs doesn't have a window at all.

The owner is enthusiastic and friendly, the hotel combines a cafe so it is convenient and the lobby is beautifully decorated, near the old phuket town, the room is a bit small and has a strong scent.
