The staff is friendly, the location is strategic because it is located in the main square, everywhere is close, unfortunately the room has lots of mosquitoes, the TV also has a bad signal, the bathroom doesn't have warm water, please pay attention to it & improve it in the future 🙏.

Hotel Kencana sebelum dikelola oleh OYO sepertinya jauh lebih baik. Kamar bersih, sprei bersih, handuk bersih dapat sabun. Sekarang lebih buruk. Tengah malam disaat para tamu hotel sedang tidur pulas dikagetkan oleh suara gaduh dan teriak teriak oleh anak anak muda yang pada mabuk di kamar no 10 dan 11. Sehingga saya dan keluarga dan tamu lain tidak bisa tidur sampai subuh padahal saya harus menyetir mobil pagi pagi itu untuk kembali ke Jakarta. Itu sangat berbahaya dengan mengendarai mobil dengan kondisi kurang tidur. Jadi saya kecewa pada pihak hotel. Itu hotel langganan saya jika saya transit nginap di kota Tegal.

The narrow room which is said to be 20 m2, the paint near the bed is dull. When entering the room, there are many mosquitoes on the shoulders even though it has been sprayed, the bathroom shower is broken, it can't be used for bathing, the ladle is broken and dirty, the bathroom water drain has no lid because there are worms in the bathroom. Strategic location in the town square, the staff is friendly and offers hot water to make coffee/tea. This is my 2nd time for transit, the first time was okay but this time it was not okay, next time I want to change to another hotel. However, I must thank the staff who offered hot water even though I didn't ask for it.

Salah satu hotel terburuk yg pernah saya pesan via Traveloka. Kamar mandi apa adanya. Lampu gelap. Handuk seperti keset. Dan puntung rokok di laci meja. 😲. Ada hotel dg harga sama yg lebih manusiawi. Satu2nya kelebihan hanya lokasinya yang terdekat dengan Alun-Alun.

Kamar Mandi Closednya Tidak Biza Di Siram No banget.

Kamarnya besar, suasana juga enak ya dkt alun-alun kota tegal tp sayang untuk seprei kotor trus kamar mandi juga kotor ya, gayung dan embernya berkerak. Staffnya ramah.

Udah sering nginep di sini staffnya sampai hapal sama saya. Ramah-ramah tempatnya juga lumayan nyaman lokasi strategis banyak jajanan makanan.

Lokasi hotelnya sangat strategis tapi kamarnya kurang.

Sudah langganan untuk liburan brsama suami, pelayanannya ramah, hotelnya tenang nyaman, AC dingin, tv nyala air bagus dan wifi ontime, belanja dekat dan lain-lain pokoknya aku dan suami suka istirahat di sana.

Cleanliness and comfort are given less attention. Such as the AC not being cold enough and the mattress not being clean.

I called to confirm my stay, no one picked up because it was broken, the receptionist's phone should have been repaired, until then the room information was out, luckily I had proof of booking and had already paid, finally I was given a more spacious room, thank God there was no additional payment because my family only had a few transits. O'clock. Unfortunately, the condition of the room is not clean, the toilet cannot be flushed, there are lots of small animals and ants, the AC is not cold, only the wind is blowing, there is cigarette ash near the bathroom door. Hopefully it will be better maintained.

It's quite good for resting, the staff are friendly, basically if you want to rest, it's quite comfortable at home.

The place is comfortable and quiet, just repair the TV which often makes errors and the AC which isn't cold enough. The rest are recommended, really reach out to shops and food stalls.
