Untuk tempat dan fasilitas dapur lumayan bagus. Yang agak kecewa untuk air bersih sangat kurang. Awal datang masih lancar kadang tersendat sedikit. Waktu pagi hari, ini yang heboh. Air tidak keluar sama sekali. Untung dibantu bapak penjaga villanya. Jadi kita irit pemakaian airnya. Kita nginap 8 orang. Harus berbagi mandi dan lain-lain. Mungkin saking banyaknya yang nginap di villa Garuda karena momen liburan. Untuk yang lainnya ok. Terima kasih bapak penjaga villa yang bantu kita cari air sampai bolak balik.

For the size of the villa it is quite good. It's just that the villa owner and the security guard should coordinate or communicate if the villa has been filled by the tenant. This is a problem that I experienced on the second day of stay, namely we were visited by the security guard and asked for an identity with the reason that in the records there was no data that the villa had been filled in by the tenant. This certainly triggers inconvenience for us because if the tenant stays at the villa there is no obligation to provide identity to the security guard, and who should coordinate if the villa has been filled or there are tenants who will stay, including the identity of the tenant is the obligation of the villa owner. Although this can be resolved, it should be noted for the convenience of the next tenant.

Very happy to stay for 2 days in this place with family. The Villa very clean, quite and can cook a meal for family.

Nice villa, new building, location close to BNS.

Everything was okay except the electricity suddenly went out when all the lights & electronic devices were turned on (because at that time my group and I checked-in at night), finally we had to turn off some room lights that were not in use, the PDAM suddenly died when we I want to clean myself & cooking utensils. While sleeping, the lights suddenly went out.

New building, clean and comfortable. The villa guard is also very helpful.

The villa is comfortable, complete clean, the villa admin is also a fast response, in fact we can deliver breakfast pecel rice, recommended.

Not recommended, the housing area is still new, access is narrow and dark, the front of the villa is still under construction, very disturbing, the guard of the villa is difficult to contact, the morning Pam dead and there is no solution from the villa owner.
