Brovad is a must go to if you are taking a trip to Uganda. It's a beautiful get away from the bustle of the city. It's not a beach as it's on a lake, but the surroundings will make you believe you are. The staff are amazing, kind, thoughtful and will do their best to ensure you have the best experience. Always check in with the receptionist about a problem; don't just grumble, they will always have a solution. The weekends are busy, and if you enjoy a lively vibe, the weekend is a good option; otherwise, the weekdays are so tranquil. I will be back soon Brovad!

Quiet and serene environment

Great place, best meal in 5 years in Uganda Just everything was perfect People are nice, respectful Restaurant is just the best Breakfast could be improved if I had to say anything. Price are reasonable. Just 1 of the best place in Uganda 🇺🇬

Everything about brovad was excellent apart from the food

Easy booking, amazing room, friendly service and staff, superb massages at the Spa and overall just a super nice, cozy and relaxing place! I recommend booking the suites, it’s totally worth it! Management is also extremely professional and forthcoming.

Excellent customer services and cleanliness

I loved the food, they are very clean and responded to calls from the room promptly. I had my grandchildren and they were very accomodative. They had comfortable roll-in beds. We all had a great time.

We do not get food what we want in to menu. Food cooking time was too long. 1,5 hours.

A hidden gem this one is, set by lake Victoria. I was blown away by the sheer amount of greenery in it’s well tended gardens and then the peace and quiet around this property has to be experienced for one to believe. Although I must point out that Sunday to Thursday will be my choice of days for my next visit as I like it quiet. The weekend Friday and Saturday brings in quite a bit of party people. The room and linen were very clean. The pool was very clean too. The staff were very polite and always available to help whenever needed. Overall I give it 10/10. I will definitely visit again in the near future

Power went out in the night and when it came back on the tv ended up waking me up. As well when ordering through the menu the waitor advised me and my spouse that the buffet was free for those staying at the hotel, only for when I checked out I had a outstanding bill of 80,000. Train your staff better , because of the risk of missing the ferry back to kampala I agreed to pay 55,000 But I still feel ripped off. Will never book here or stay at Brovad even if it was for free .
