There were no rooms available after taking my money and asked me to go to an annex which is poor, dirty, bedsheet some weird colour looking sheets, the shower doors are stained like not really been cleaned. There are moulds around the sink. The rooms are stuffy and the walls are stained… this is ridiculous. I’m never going there again.

The staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. An opportunity for improvement would be to improve quality of the mattress. It was so very hard and uncomfortable that I had to use Advil to relieve back pain.

One of the best cleaning hotel I have ever been. The past ten years I stayed in hotels once every year and this is the best. I did like everything there.
