I really should get a refund. Staff had not been informed of my arrival and there were no rooms at that level. They did there best but exceptionally poor overall. Recém reception said that I should be given my money back.

I booked two rooms, and by the time I got there, they didn't have the rooms. I am still waiting for my money back and still haven't heard back from anyone.
