Very uncooperative staff, haven't seen any of this sort at another hotel around the world. Dirty hotel, with cockroaches around the room and a general lack of cleanliness. Towels full of stains. No lift, so you have to carry your bags up (and down, when you check out) the stairs together with their staff member. The rooms begin on the 2nd floor (feels like 3rd floor, because it's so up high). No air conditioning. No shampoo provided. Only a soap bar. Cars can't come on this road, so be prepared to walk at least 1 or 2 minutes with your bags to get to the hotel. Extremely noisy road. During the day, you can hear music blasting. During the night, dogs constantly bark. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable, feels like they're filled with soft pebbles.

Beware! No parking. It's basically a travellers' hotel, come spend a night or two and leave for other businesses. They have one of the worst breakfasts I have taken in Kampala and they aren't cheap. However, the rooms are cozy enough to dream big. If you're a stuck late in the evening, looking for a fair enough place to take a nap without drying up your pockets yet you will be fresh enough to have that stellar presentation, look no further than here.

Nice neat rooms, everything properly arranged. Love their bathrooms. Couldn't figure out hot water. Food is cheap. Definately coming back. Phone not working in room 15 though.

In the middle of the city. Should be a noisy place but it is the exact opposite. Simply organised. I also liked the good prices internet
