Strategic location, friendly staff, quite big room, near KTX & mrt station + Bus stop. Many places to eat around the hotel.

The room size is not very big but not so small that it is uncomfortable. Conveniently located next to Busan Station. Below there is a minimart and a coffee shop. small bathroom overall suitable for the price

Strategic location, hotel in front of ktx busan station. Perfect for the first x to Busan. City tour via klok and Busan city tour bus is right in front of the hotel. Below the hotel is Dunkin Fonut, CU. Opposite the hotel is Texas street and China Town. Inside Busan Station there are also many cafes and restaurants. Cons: The hotel ran out of umbrellas when we wanted to borrow them because of the heavy rain. Coffee tea in the room was only provided 1x on the first night, whereas we stayed 3 nights. The elevators are busy and slow.

Great place to stay. The location is superb! Just next to KTX busan station. Staff can communicate well in English. I highly recommended this hotel. Next time I will stay this hotel again for sure.

The best in Busan. Near Busan Station, lots of restaurants around the hotel, very clean rooms, and okay prices. Will stay here continuously when going to Busan.

Beds are comfortable. The room isn't that big. Enough for 2 people. Checkout time should be at 11am but the hotel gave time until 12. The location is very good because it is close to Busan station. Near subway and buses.

Fantastic location, just in front of Busan Station, very convenient when taking KTX to Seoul. Convenient store and Dunkin coffee shop with direct access from hotel lobby. Lots of restaurants near hotels too, there are many tourist spots within 2KM include Busan Tower, big Lotte shopping mall. Check-in was swift, room is quite decent for 2 adults, clean, no complaints.

Lokasi sangat strategis antara train station dan MRT, atau bus stop. Kamarnya kecil tapi cukup nyaman.

No control on centralize air conditioner which is converted to heater during winter. When room is stuffy, have to open window. Hotel can provide. Keycard also need to try a few times before the guest room door open.

Location is very good, very near Busan station. Hotel staff speak good English. Something we find the hotel can do better like provide body lotion, shaver, allow guest to have free extend check out time If is like 1-2 hours. The room is quite small.

Near to Busan train station. Made a special request to check in early but was advise that even rooms were available they cannot. Check is in until check in time.

Upon check-in, the clerk was a bit unfriendly, the petugase asked too much for the proof of the hotel booking transaction. Continue to see the atm card that was made for the message. Just like a village official. Even though there is already proof of passport and e-mail payment and reservations. The rest of the hotel is good, strategic and really recommend.
