The hotel is small but comfortable and clean. I was a bit scared seeing the reviews saying it was dirty. But it turned out to be clean and comfortable.

From the first time I came to check in, the employees were less than friendly and didn't smile. I was given the 3rd floor. The carpet along the corridor was dirty, the room was cramped and poorly maintained, but the hotel amenities were complete, there was a microwave, water kettle, hairdryer, mini bar and so on. The room was dusty, the bathroom drainage was not smooth (clogged), my mobile internet connection was not working, the hotel wifi was also disrupted on the 3rd floor. On the second day of my stay I asked to move rooms. Given I was on the 5th floor, I thought the room would be better. It turned out that the room smelled of cigarettes, was very dusty, the bathroom drainage was still not smooth. The AC heater didn't work well, so the room was very cold because it was 5 degrees outside. I was too lazy to move rooms again so I accepted to stay in that room. Until the 3rd day the room was not cleaned. Ask the hotel staff to clean the room, the staff doesn't understand English and he said there is no cleaning room. Alas, the next day I asked for it again from a different staff, it was finally cleaned. I really regret staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel with strategic location, near Asakusa and Ginza line. Clean and easy check in / check out. Very recommended
