The view from the Moxy Hotels overlooking the lake was beautiful and very relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, offering a good selection of both hot and cold options. There were plenty of pastries, a variety of breads, and a range of hot drinks and juices to choose from.

Great location, from an informative and helpful check in our stay was hassle free. We enjoyed a comfortable sleep and a hearty breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here the past few years for crufts. This year was by far the most expensive. Some of the staff were busy doing not a lot, ie putting glasses away instead of serving the large queue of people waiting. We asked if we could take food to the room as we had our dog and was told no and then the staff member behind that staff member said yes they can take food up to the room. I paid (a lot) extra for continental breakfast which wasn’t ‘proper’ breakfast, it was a small tin of Pringles on 1 day only, a mini fridge, a coffee machine & condiments. Upon arrival I had to pay more for breakfast… I also had to pay £30 per night for my dog or leave him in my car. It’s not clear that I had to pay extra for him. The room is fine, clean and the chamber staff are lovely. The room was scorching and the climate control is controlled by the hotel. We followed the instructions for if the room was too warm which was basically open the window (minimal as we were on the 6th floor) and the fan provided was useless, I can blow harder than it blew out air. We won’t be staying next year, it’ll be one of the other hotels which is a shame as we’ve enjoyed our stays previously.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the whole vibe of the hotel makes it a really lovely place to stay. The night lighting under the bed is so clever so if you get up in the night you can find your way without having to turn a light on.

Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly. Bar prices were obscene. Close proximity to Resorts World for your eating and drinking!

Would highly recommend. Short walking distance to NEC, BP Pulse Arena and World Resorts. Moxy is a fab hotel giving you everything you could need for a short stay.

Enjoyed the stay at the Moxy - absolutely ideal location if exhibiting at NEC. Good young staff, clean and tidy comfortable room (bathroom a little small). Good breakfast - plenty of choice - evening meal was a little disappointing

Good atmosphere and unbeatable location for the NEC. Parking is a bit of a walk away and the fitness centre is very small, but thankfully not busy. Breakfast buffet had lots of good options.
