Beautiful hotel in stunning location. Our apartment in the residential suite had amazing views over Bay of Kotor and was spotless

Very impressed with this hotel, room and bathroom were a good size, we did not have a balcony room but still got a view overlooking the marina. The restaurant was very good and all staff were very helpful and friendly ensureing that we had the best possible stay. There is parking under and outside the hotel and the staff will help out if there are no free spaces although we managed to find a space each day

We stayed in the executive suite inside the historic building. The room was surprisingly sound proofed so a wedding below us didn’t disturb our stay. The restaurants are very good but after a couple days, it’s necessary to venture out and there isn’t much close. Breakfast is served 8-10:30 in a modern building across the street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, the employees are young and most inexperienced. The spa menu is extensive but lacks updated equipment. By American standards, this is a 4 star hotel.

There was alot of different buildings, the swimming pools are not close to rooms in new building. No toilets in breakfast area and toilets not very close to pool and beach area

Everything is excellent, the accommodation and staff are outstanding, and the breakfast is diverse and delicious.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The apartments are modern, spotlessly clean, and boast fantastic views. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, surprising me by changing my flat tyre – they went the extra mile! It is a truly lovely place, offering a luxurious experience with every amenity you could require. A definite 10/10, and I would absolutely stay here again. I have nothing but praise for this hotel. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway, this is the place. Plus, it's conveniently located just 20-25 minutes from the Croatian border (perfect if you're flying into Dubrovnik) and a 15-minute drive from the car ferry to Port Montenegro.

My partner and I had such a lovely time at this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. They even left me and bottle and note on my birthday! Will highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was always spotless and in a faultless state of repair, the staff were always very helpful. On arrival they sorted out the parking immediately in the underground park and informed us of all the many included facilities. We enjoyed the spa with pool, water jets and different temperature saunas, also the beach with drinks service and plentifully supplied towels and robes. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection, my favourite hot food being the mini omlettes (ham) or fritatas (veg), my partners favourite was the smoothie/chia seed/kefir bar and both of us loved the home made biscuits. On departure they made us a takeaway breakfast box as we left before breakfast was served. Great location on beach/marina but also really close to a supermarket and local sites (monastery) and within easy reach of other sights in Herceg Novi (forts) and other towns (Kotor and Budva only a modest drive away). We ate at the restaurant for two evenings and the quality of the food was excellent (although not cheap). Good selection of wines including our complimentary glasses. Overall a really pleasant stay.
