Room was clean and comfortable but a bit on the small side. Staff were helpful. Parking easy and plenty of room. Air conditioning operated well and it was the easiest one to operate that we've tried in a while.

Great place to stay, only thing they could do better is the self closing doors make a decent bang when inconsiderate people don't hold them to shut, maybe some of that thin rubber strips in door jam

The rooms are lovely. Clean. Fresh. What stands out though is the amazing service from the front desk staff. 10/10 for their communication and attention to guests.

This is part of the KDV Sport complex. Nice room, good bed, clean, BUT the bathroom we had basically had a postcard sized shelf for toiletries (seriously). The sink is square, quite small, and only a small space for a bar of soap. Sure, it does have a medicine cabinet but that won't hold my toiletries bag. Other than a space problem in the bathroom it is a great place. Free mini-golf, sauna, and pool. Bit of a walk from hotel to sport complex.

Great location. Pretty good price. The room was small but clean and the beds were really comfy. Shame about the breakfast. $20 for cereal or fruit or toast... pretty average. Coffee was extra on top. Overall a good place to stay and would stay here again but find somewhere else for breakfast.

I have previously stayed at Elite. The rooms are extremely clean and the staff very friendly and professional. I really enjoy the free mini golf.

Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and super quiet. The restaurant is lovely and our meal was very good. The wait staff were excellent. There is not much undercover parking, but plenty of onsite open spaces, protected by a security gate. We have used this hotel previously and will continue to return on our next trip. Thank you Elite Gold Coast staff.

Room was very clean, comfy bed and pillows, quiet noisey though which I know is out of their control with other people running up and down hallways, kids above us running around early morning, slamming doors etc etc but overall good

Nice hotel with a luxury feel. Convenient for the motorway and away from the hustle and bustle of the coast for a quieter experience. And yet, within 10 minutes you can be at the coast. We did not use the various sports facilities, but there is plenty of choice.

Food an drink options were good there was a larger range to drink from than other hotels. The staff and facilies were very clean an friendly an willing to help at any point, everything that we had to go to was in walking distances if your willing to walk 25 minutes to the train station. The breakfast and dinner side of things when it comes to paying was a hit an miss with different people serving you e.g asking your room number to charge at the end of the stay, if we werent honestly at the receltion about having breakfast and dinner we wouldnt have gotten charged. But over all it was a great little getaway and lovely place to stay.
